i can play and breed but i cant fight in arena

Hmm permanently is essentially the same thing as forever. Personally that message is a little vague, if the ban only bans you from the arenas then it should say you are banned from the arenas.

@belal If the support told it is 1000 days, it will be 1000 days.

how did u get banned? some of us want to know how so we can avoid getting banned accidentally.

If you were given an answer by support what was the need of this post or your question, you already have your answer.

This is something that will be deleted if it is added, as that would promote hacks or cheats. It's plain and simple, do not use hacks, cheats or exploits, either internal or external. Also make sure you have a good connection because lack of wifi could put you into airplane mode for an extended period which would also trigger a ban
