I'm going to waste the orbs and never get the respective drakes?
I don't have cinema yet (Level 23) and can't get them through watching videos.
I've checked the info of where get this orbs but seems like they're not avaible anymore.

That event is over and once it is over the items that go with it are nothing more than decoration. Event items are only effective during the event period, once the timer runs out it is over and done.
