I seem to be having trouble with the videos on my breeding mound and hatchery. Yet I am still unable to click on the video links. I have tried logging out of the game and shutting my device off and restarting hoping that would fix it but it did not. I can't attach picture because file is too big. Please help.....

So when I hit "no" in settings I wasn't given the ability to write to support team for help. I use an IPad touch and think I have the most updated version of the game.
