I have a google play account in Dragon City and I want to open it on my computer because the game is faster on the computer and not lagging...
Is there a way to do that?

@cpt-basem-sleem I think that is not possible. The only thing to save the game to use it on different devices is Facebook.

You should be able to by using one of the Android emulators. You will not be able to do it using the windows store version.

I have tried that but the game was lagging, in addition the emulator takes some time to open
And I think it is not possible to save my progress on Facebook
So I will continue playing it on my phone

Yes just choose the log in option and choose Facebook. As long as you are trying to link to a Facebook account that has not been linked to a different dragon city game.
