I just wanted to ask becuse i dont have a facebook account when i first downloaded dragon city they asked me to connect dragon city to one of my microsoft account so will my progress be saved if i have connected it to my microsoft account

As have been recently asked and answered it will only be saved on Windows devices with the windows store app. It will not be retrievable on ios, android or Amazon versions of the game.
