If you are on android or ios and still do not see it I suggest you send in a ticket to support. Keep in mind this one is about to end so if they fix it I suggest you wait until the next one because you will not have the time to reach the end or good rewards. Also make sure you are using the latest version, you need that to see it.
I am a collector not a fighter, need I say more? Oh yeah....and female. ;)

If you have the pass does have nothing to do with your location or your device or an error. It is in beta and not all players have it yet. Just be patient and wait until you get it. Btw. I am on Android and dont have it either.
