I searched this topic and didn't find something that directly pertained to my unique situation, so I thought I would try here. I play on an Amazon Kindle as the title suggests, and have been playing for a few months now. I have always seen the tasks section for earning gems on freebie island, but it has never had a single task over the months I've played the game. My question is, does anyone else have this issue on the Kindle?

For more background, my daughter has a samsung she plays on and has access to tasks and surveys and is able to complete them both. So it doesn't seem to be a network issue, at least. I have already contacted support, but have yet to receive a response and figured I would hedge my bets and see if someone here could help.

Tasks are limited by regional area and by device. Google android devices has the most, then iOs, Windows and Amazon are sketchy with them usually not having any or many at all because those platforms do not have many options available. If you are going to play on those devices then you either have to decide to attempt just what you get or linking your game to a facebook account and use one of the other platforms for the tasks/surveys.
