I have been playing this game for about 5-6 months and i have seen people who are able to do tasks and get gem rewards i just wanted to know because I am on windows 10 pc how do I get it

Pure and simple, switch to android or an android emulator. WIndows, iOs and Amazon are limited when it comes to surveys, tasks and tv promos.
