One on the freebie island the videos won't work if there is a special event with them (the gen event where you could practically spam gems and now the one with the royal dragon) where the videos won't play at all until after the event is over and you have missed the special prizes. 2. On the task for gems side NO MATTER what I do, I NEVER get my rewarded gems. Always says they're pending and when I send in a report form they either never open the report or paste it as a closed (solved) problem without actually doing anything to fix my problem. I send them screen shots and follow the directions to the t and still nothing they refuse to help fix the issue or tell me at least what I'm doing wrong. Just simply ignore me and close my case without answering in any way. And when I say ANYTHING about it it gets deleted by them. I'll be lucky if this doesn't get deleted by the creators some how. I need help I am missing many many gems and I cannot get anything to work right game wise itself.

Unfortunately this is a problem that has to be resolved by the third party company since they are the ones providing the videos for the tasks. We cannot resolve it for you but we can give you some tips on what you do to try to get the videos to work. You could:
- clear your cache
- Reset your google ad id in the settings (if you are playing on android)
- you can uninstall and reinstall the app
As far as the tasks go, I'm afraid you are going to have to work with them to try to get this resolved. In the meantime can you give us more information as to what the situation is. What you have done to resolve it. What they told you to do to resolve it.
