Hey guys, I have recently opened Voodoo chests to receive the dragon reward. I believe the chance of a dragon reward is 10%. However, I have obtained more than 140 coins (Roughly 7 chests opened) and I have obtained 3 Black Voodoo chest rewards from the premium Pass. I may have opened more chests from other sources, but I do not have screenshot evidence. Despite me opening 10 chests, I have not even received a single Dragon Reward. Here are some screenshots to prove I own the premium pass and received 3 chests from it and my coin count to show I have received 140 coins (7 chests from the rewards claimed). I only bought the premium pass to finish my goal of getting a dragon reward from the Voodoo chest, but have received none I am very disappointed in Social Point for not honoring their own offers.

I hope these are enough to prove my point. I don't know what to do and I feel scammed. Is there anything I can do to obtain my promised Dragon Reward?

The percentages are not based on the number of chests that you open, it is only based on each individual Chest. Sadly this not a bug but the way they do things.

It is not guaranteed that 1 in ten chests will give a dragon. It is only that each individual chest has a 10 percent chance. It is a chance, not a guarantee or a promise.

Yes there is a 10% chance but I got high commander 1st try on one of my accounts

It would be better if it worked like 10 chests to get the dragon instead of randomness maybe then people would actually buy the chest..

Well no I would disagree. Some players get a dragon in the first chest, others get more than one dragon with ten opened chests. Many get no dragons in more than ten chests. It's just luck. It does say the chest contains "any 1 of" the rewards listed. So that is not incorrect; you always get one of those rewards.

Sorry but I have and my panther purchased and received every single reward stated so there no bug ( just looking for freebies tbh ) but tbh social will find out if your voodoo pass was purchase legit and if u have received your dragons as my partner lost in game crystals and social Point place then in his storage for him
