SP can create little alliances or monsters that hate each other, and if paired in the same team, it affects their stats accordingly.
So if 2 monsters known to be friends were in the same team, their stats would get buffed by 20%. However, if 2 enemies were in the same team, their stats would get nerfed 20%.
It gives players the chance to create specific team to boost their own stats.
I like this idea it is great. They could even take a page out of professional wrestling, where the friendships or alliances don't last forever. I remember having this same desire in Star Wars Galaxy of Heroes, where Emperor Palpatine (Sith) fights with Qui-Gon Jinn (Jedi) at his side and neither suffers any ill effect. If either is the squad leader, the other does not gain the leader's buff, but they will work together instead of doing what they would do normally (kill each other).
