Hello good day guys!!! I am just curious about the titan dragons why it doesn't have a legend titan just like corrupted legend. The legend that I mean is the legend element not the rarity. Is dragon city will have legend titan dragon? Or that's all the titan dragons?

While there is no legend titan the pure titan has the legend element so there is actually no need for a Legend Titan specifically. And no there will be no more Titans. At least I have heard no word of any more since they have moved on to different specialty dragons.
