what are the "decorations" good for? I have a whole bunch of those H Halloween event blocks in my reserve box but I put a bunch of them out because they called them decorations. now they're giving out Spears snow boots and other things and I have no idea what they're for where can I find answers for this?

They are just what their title states.....decorations. And that's what they are good for.
