Can anyone shed any light on the issue above?

None of my towers are operating. Others in my team experiencing the same.

They behave as if they are working when you click on them, a timer appears to start counting down, but the action for that specific tower doesn't take place and if you log out and then back in again, the tower has gone back to being ready to operate.

No reply from Support on the matter. Was looking for an existing thread on this subject here, but the layout of this forum is bizarre and doesn't prioritise most recent posts first.

I doubt it. I had a genuine glitch on screen recently on my tablet, caused me to spend 15 gems in the shop on VR orbs I didn't want.

I asked for a refund and support gave me some nonsensical answer about why they cannot do that. I don't really see what difference it makes to them.

Don't know if it's related, but both of my accounts got 20 Gems reward on log in. Could it be from SP as compensation?

@red-penguin Might be. I didnt get gems and didnt have the bug.

If it is I didn't get the Gems and I have the bug.

It is still an issue. I tried the Breeding and Hatching Towers during the Skip 12 hr event so I could finish those dragons with longer time. I tried the Skip 8hrs on the food during the Heroic races. It was a mess and still is. Finally, for me at least, the Hatching Tower did even worse. It reset to the long time without even skipping the hatching time.

@joseph-pino Check if you have an update in the store. That should fix it.

I got a message from SP and the game were indeed compensation for the fault. I assume I got them because I reported the issue promptly when it first occurred.
