I've reported it to "support" countless times.
They promise to pass it on to the team but it never improves. They don't care. They are now giving 100 Ads per day via dragon TV, but I can't access more than 20 (that's if I'm lucky) before it starts glitching.

Who gets 100 ads per day, as far as I know 45 is the max? I have had glitches for a month or two. I find if I do then in small groups or after resetting the ad id it helps. It's annoying but they work for the few times I watch them. Honestly I'm only interested in watching enough to get the TV coins or Event coins/moves so the glitches aren't an annoyance enough to report or get worked up over.
I am a collector not a fighter, need I say more? Oh yeah....and female. ;)

I was just coming back here to comment I realized the change, as stated earlier I barely do the tv ads so I do not pay too much attention to the promos for them.

I have watched 43 TV videos, have had 8 videos not work right, which would make a total of 51 so far. Now I get "No Videos" message when I try to watch one. If it follows the usual pattern , I won't get more videos until tomorrow.
So even though I may watch 100, I don't get that many. -

My Amazon Fire tablet can't make it to 20. And I do get worked up over it because it disadvantages me versus other players. I spend money on the account and I expect SP to provide a fair playing field.
Their constant blaming of "third party providers" isn't good enough. This is their game. If a third party they have brought in are failing in their duties, get rid of them and bring in someone else.
I actually transcribed a conversation I had with "support" the other day over this exact issue. As I cannot get any help via support, and they claim to have no actual complaints procedure (which beggars belief, in a multi million pound company), I was thinking of finding a relevant area of this forum to post it and start a discussion about it.

From this it sounds like I cannot post my conversation. So I cannot get support, I cannot officially complain about that lack of support, and I cannot even use the forum to discuss the details of my complaints with other players.
