Why am I not able to watch videos on dragon TV, or to speed thins up???

The same is happening me too. Videos unavailable. Even after league fights I don't get the choice to watch a video for extra food rewards I can only select the reward given. I am also unable to repeal attacks on me while away from arenas. Started about 2-3 days ago for me. I've reset phone, updated app and cleared cache but nothing seems to be working.

@janice-stiers This is a recurring problem. It looks like the ad suppliers have connection problems. Or maybe everyone used up all the available ads?

There seem to be a problem with the ad provider. SP is working on a fix. You should write to the support.

@simone1490 i have the same problem,,,,how often does this happen because its the first time this has happened to me?? I chatted with the support and they just said they have sent the information to the game department and i needed to wait

Can we please get some information about this issue?
How long will it take to solve the problem?
Can we get a confirmation that the affected users will get full compensation?

@patrik-andersson I notice it especially toward the end of the period where one can cut ten hours off of breeding and hatching and stuff by watching ads. That's why I wondered if there might be a limited amount.

@adrian-fields No. The problem is that players dont have ads available at all. SP is aware of it and working on a fix.

The problem exist for me since friday 12h00.

@adrian-fields i havent had any videos for a couple of days now ,,,,so i dont think it is the dayly limit that is the problem
