Many players have the issue that ads are not available on DTV and all over the game for speeding up things, getting back trophies in arena fights and getting more rewards from winning league battles. SP is aware of the issue and they are working on a fix. Everyone who is affected of that bug should write to the support.

I cant see ads for 1 week

I can't see anyone ads in1 week, from time to time it appears when it is available but as soon as I press the button it is unavailable again, already tested on other cell phones and already unbalanced, nothing. Anyway, since installed and installed and installed.

I am quite curious what causes the bug? Was it because i decided to buy some packs and ADS become not available to me?

Several of us at home play this game. Those who are having problem right now is actually those who actually bought something with real $ .

Ads being unavailable is fine if this is happening to everyone but it seems like only some players are experience this problem. So the main question is are they going to compensate us or is our fault that we decided to contribute and end up not getting the rewards from dragon TV.

Depends on the duration ADS are not available. We might end up not getting sufficient dragon TV coins for the monthly grand prize? Is that fair? I hope we do get compensation on the items we missed out.
