With all of the bugs lately, it has been frustrating to deal with SP support, who don't seem to understand how the game works. I've seen multiple people complaining about this. Here is a recent example from my teammate who experienced a bug that charged her 5 gems when removing a level 3 rune.
After the screenshot was provided, they claimed that the cost to remove runes might depend on the rarity of the monster?
This also reminded me of the last encounter I had with support, which happened last month during a special war where hatching Evil Legions monsters was supposed to take 30% less time.
I had to explain this twice, but they got confused because there was a second bug days later, when they replied to me, during the 50% shorter hatch times (for all monsters). I explained that there was a special war with the Evil Legions books, so my General Nishant should have taken less time to hatch, but I had to spend gems to speed it up for the war because it didn't work as advertised. They just replied that the 50% event was now "working fine" and closed my ticket.
Overall, these constant bugs have been frustrating to deal with, but the way SP support is responding to them is making it worse. Has anyone else experienced similar frustrations?
