Everytime I press play video the game refreshes on my android

@darren.l try clearing your cache fie and reboot your system. If that doesn't work contact support. Instructions are in my signature line.

I've tried all that already even reset my phone n I've contacted support this morning but no email back

It takes time for support to respond. There are literally a million or more customers. So they get thousands of reports to sort through and priority is given to game stopping issues. They also don't work weekends.
