I currently can't watch ads, each time I try the game crash, so i don't have rewards, and socialpoint society don't have the benefits. Your game is the only one, i tried on others. So until this is fixed and until i will have a compensation, (i already sent a mail and a commentary) i will not spend anymore in your society.
So you have to fix a ads trouble on Xperia E5

Post count: 9Reputation: 0Joined:I have had this problem for over 3 months now. The problem has only gotten worse. I write tickets only to be told they are aware and are working on the problem. That is fine and all but if there is a known problem why cheat players out of their rewards? I don't think that is fair play. Others are getting free gems/food/dragons and other needed items from the video events you have and are able to double their rewards in battle leagues from watching a video or are able to speed up breeding time/hatching from, once again, watching a video! But I am unable to do so without it restarting or closing the app all together.
I have been playing this game for a very long time and when I puchase a gem pack I do not feel I should waste the gems on things that are offered free.
Sadly my only option is to give this game a rest because since this last update in May I have had more problems and a once relaxing and fun game for me has now become stressful. In addition to not being able to watch videos I also face- Offers stopped. Yes I have spoken with fyber who only tell me there is nothing they can do. I still can not understand why Fyber is my only sponsor while others have 2 options.
- I am unable to place the cloud flags from my storage on my islands.
- I have noticed that the revenue for some of my dragons are now incorrect. A dragon that has a 14/min and is a level 16 is now only producing 101/min.
And I'm not even going to start with the problems for this current breeding event for the ocean lord dragon
I'm very disappointed, I have NEVER had problems before,sure maybe a bug evey now and than but it was resolved immediately and I never needed to write a ticket for it. But the current problems! I give up!

Post count: 2226Reputation: 1399Joined:Location: Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania@TinkerHell3 Sorry to hear you are having such problems with your game. I am not sure what device you are using, but with this many issues it sounds like you may just need a fresh install.
I know on my IPad, between the IOS updates, and the game updates sometimes things just go a little wonky.
To do a fresh install, delete your game, as long as it is associated to Facebook you won't lose your progress. Clear your cache files. Check to make sure your OS is up to date, then do a complete reboot of your device. Reinstall the game through the App Store to insure you have the latest version. If you have to play through the tutorial just make sure when you reconnect to Facebook, you select the correct game.

It's sad because I actually liked this game. I feel there is definitely something wrong. The current breeding event must have a glitch or something because from over 200 other players none have had any luck and I have never had to spend over 100 gems to speed things up to achieve the goal but with this event sadly I have spent over 1000 gems and still nothing. I only spent that much to prove to myself that there is a problem and wanted to use the gems I have left before I give it a rest and lose them for nothing.
The problems with the video is not only happening with me it's with 99% of everyone I have spoken with from other groups. 4 of my personal friends have already quit the game. -

all they can tell me is they are working on fixing this problem. I will say this though, they do respond usually within 24 hours once in a while I get a reply that has nothing to do with my problem but I just chalk it up to language issues.
I'm not sure what is actually going on lately but if this is a new marketing strategy someone came up with they need to send that person back to the drawing board because they are losing players/spenders, me being one of them. -

The only response I get back from them is to inform me they are working on it. Nothing about my loss and I still can not place flags from my storage onto an island. When I reported it they told me they do not see any problems.
so I reported it again and received no response.
I would normally wait it out but I honestly believe there is a problem with my account. Perhaps because it is so old I don't know. But this current breeding event I had wasted over 1000 gems and still unable to get the ocean lord dragon. I have NEVER spent over 100. I have yet to speak to anyone that has gotten this dragon. I think that it's a sign that I should rest the game -
