Please give me my monsters back. I currently have six monster stuck in arena 3 on offense and 3 on defense. Your game will not allow me to change them out or use them anywhere else in game. Please get them out of arena for me and you will not have to worry about me taking part in your broken arena any longer.

For this issue I suggest you submit a support ticket via the game, there are instructions in my signature. Please give as much information as possible when submitting your ticket and I also suggest you change your tone to get the quickest and best service you can. One little pointer though, have you tried to change your defense and attack teams? I know you cannot use your defense team monsters anywhere else in the game, but I thought the attack team would still be available elsewhere.
Also keep in mind they do not work on weekends, it is now close to 10 pm where they are, so they will not get to your ticket until Monday at the earliest, since this league ends on Monday afternoon, you may be able to get them out quicker than support getting to your ticket.

I've submitted a ticket but going by resent experience that wont help. Guess I'm out six of my strongest monsters with my highest runes. Real glad I spent money on this...sarc off

As i answered you in the other topic, i would recommend downgrading. I haven't tested the upgrade changes yet in android because i am on the edge and i dont want to drop leagues before it ends.

I just tried it on my 6th generation Fire before and after the update and it let me change my defense team. Now I am crossing my fingers and toes my defense team will not lose any trophies just for changing my team.

After a minute I get the "Something Went Wrong" reload option (on the dark screen). At this point I can do nothing but hard reset my Kindle as nothing else will work. The reload option if selected goes away but the game does nothing and I can do nothing.
This is hugely frustrating as my teams currently stuck in PVP are not only not my best Arena options but I also need two of the monster stuck there for dungeon/war. It is seriously handicapping me in my team war as I have a monster with 3 Xrunes stuck in Arena and need use a far far lesser runes Monster and cannot compete as I should. My ticket has gotten no response, in fact IDK if they even recieved it as I received no confirmation email.

Without the confirmation email back that they received it, yes I would suggest sending another just to ensure they got it. Did you send it from the Fire? Try creating it using the support link at the bottom of the forum page, the Contact Us link.

Now, all you can do is wait and be patient. Support gets thousands of reports and this is the weekend. Unfortunately, support does not work weekends. Give them a few days to respond.
Nyn has also passed the info on to the CM. Just give it a couple days.

I should have have just avoided the update altogether and I wouldn't be stuck with a less than optimal team in Arena with no way to change them. This is also hurting me and my team because I cannot use my strongest monsters in our team war. TBH in the past support has been dismissive and unhelpful so I hold out very little hope they give a damn.

I wait until others do it to see if there are issues with it. And I am not just talking about ML or DC, I do not update any software right away and I make sure all my devices have auto-update turned off for everything. In fact one of my duties at work is to be on the Testing Team that tests new updates with our software just to ensure they do not have any adverse or unexpected problems.

At this point I would just like any and all of my monsters removed from Arena I no longer want any part of it. I've already spent a great deal of real $$ after beta to set up a functional team within the rules. A season later the rules change and make everything I purchased either completely useless or very near useless. Support was dismissive. I now need to actually spend more just to undo what is now a unhelpful set up. So not only has trying to be able to play in Arena cost me but it is still costing me.

Post count: 0Reputation: -6Joined:@San Have you tried going into settings -> Applications -> storage and then clear cache. Restart the Kindle. See if that fixes the issue.
When I have had issues sometimes just clearing the cache on the game and then restarting fixes it for me. I have had issues with the Kindle and Monsterwood and this usually fixes it.

If I try and change a monster in Arena it will lock my game up at "The Something Went Wrong" screen with reload. Reload nor anything else will work at this point and I need to reset my Kindle.
