I have all of the legend of Deus dragon..but I dont have the Dracon dragon can somedody tell me how I can get him?

Sorry, but the event has ended and there is no way currently to get Dracon. At some point in the future he may be offered again as a reward or sold during a special promotion. All you can do is wait.
