Can someone please tell me why sometimes u get the chips u need for the islands and sometimes u don't I would like to know how to fix this issue or who I need to discuss this with bc I love this game but this pisses me off

@Heather'n-Nick-Kouns As with all events you collect during 8 hour timeframes. There are always a maximum that you can collect for each window, for the Holiday island it is 600 event coins. The timeframe for EST is:

6 am to 1:59pm
2 pm to 9:59 pm
10 pm to 5:59 am

You can figure your timeframe out based on that. If you have other questions regarding the event, you can post them here
