The whole turn reordering bug has finally been fixed. Down side is that same speed monsters now randomly go first. I guess this is progress.
Except defender always seems to go first....

Keith, not a bug on random turn on same rank monsters. I can't find it but if I remember right @Fox announced or it was in the notes that monsters same rank would be alternating turns.
"First turn assignation in combat
Currently, when two monsters have the same Speed, the one controlled by a human player always attacks first. This is creating issues in the Multiplayer Mode, since Defense Teams have trouble winning against the attackers.
That is why we are applying a change in which, when two monsters have the same Speed, the chances to attack first will be equal: Both the attacker and the defense will have a 50% chance of attacking first. Remember: This chance only applies when two monsters have the same Speed."

The random who goes first was said to be implemented months ago, but was finally done now. The side affect of implementing it was they had to fix the bug of turn reodering that around for almost two years.

honestly it wasn't the biggest deal to me, and I worked multiple multiple, many many attack strategies around it. Now I cant rely on burning one enemy to death to deny another enemy a turn. I much rather they keep that how it was and focus on slightly more pressing issues than parts of the game that have existed since day 1.
