Hello everyone and welcome to my 164th analysis, this time featuring Mountezuma.
Overview: Mountezuma's trait gives him protection against 2 of the 3 debuff-based deny methods, which is useful for a denier of his Speed tier, at 3465. That being said, Mountezuma utilizes the massively powerful AOE CD Activation as his main deny method, bypassing any and all Hardened variants, and for monsters that have 0 Cd moves, he has single target Possessions. However, as stated before, Mountezuma's Speed tier is average at best for a denier, and he's extremely vulnerable to anything not named Stun and Freeze.

Build Explanation:
Mountezuma Revenge activates the CDs of all enemies at the cost of activating his own CDs as well. Mountezuma Threat is a single target version of this move that doesn't activate his CDs, making it ideal for denying a single important target while preserving your CDs. Elder Curse is a single target Possession to be used in case the enemy has an important threat that has 0 CD moves, or to simply extend your movepool of deny effects. Lastly, Acid Slime Rain is used to have some form of Torture effect.
3 Speed with Life Mutations is the standard spread for deniers.
