You get NOTHING for lap 4, you must qualify in lap 5 to get anything, regardless of which place you were in.

Edit: post removed for foul language, please do not do it again or it will result in banning. And for the record you can accomplish lap 5 in a couple of hours so it is not out of the realm of possibilities to get it in 11 days.

@Nynaevelan I'm not sure if the post I deleted was a second post. But it was over the top with language so he can take a rest from the forums.
