I had several thousand maze coins left over from the previous event. (Knowing that there would be more coming up down the road..) But they were all gone when the new maze arrived. What's up with that?

Post count: 13Reputation: 1Joined:That's not really an answer. If you're selling ingame currency that has an expiration date you should make that clear. There's absolutely no good reason why you need to delete maze coins that people spent real money on from their accounts. That's a really shitty way to treat your customers.

Post count: 3260Reputation: 1305Joined:Just to clarify thing , i am not working at SP , just moderating the form
and the event it self is timed so logically its coins is too , we are not speaking about gold or gems but coins for timid limited event
And if you couldn't find any info about this ( either confirming or denying )
then maybe you should have asked before buying and storing them for the next eventAnyway you can send SP a feedback about this through here

Post count: 2226Reputation: 1399Joined:Location: Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania@Axel-Bjelland I believe it is like that for all the events, and has been for quite some time. Event currency ends with the event and does not roll over. Many Freemium games engage in this practice. It's not quite so unusual.

Maze coins gone
Post count: 2226Reputation: 1399Joined:Location: Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania@Axel-Bjelland Just to give you a heads up, as I said earlier, most Freemium Games engage in this practice. Event currency and items are generally only available during the events. It's always a good idea to play the game and familiarize yourself before spending your cash. This idea is not new to Social Point.
