I can't watch an ad for rewards. Can you fix that.

those ads are not provided by sp directly so you have to contact the 3rd party company about this , and in most cases it is geographical cause .

I get ads randomly but I can't watch them for rewards.

You got those too few selected got those random ads and they are really annoying . the good news is with good ad-blocker app they can be blocked
