There seems to be an issue with the tasks from one of the providers at the Freebies island, Ironsource. Too often, the task is not credited on completion. I have submitted tickets for such tasks and some of them have been approved, but some were not, with a message like this:
Ticket #XXXXXX ("Description of the task") has been reviewed again and will not be approved. We cannot confirm your offer completion with the advertiser from the proof you have provided.
Please send us proof (screenshot) that contains all the transaction details including the time and date of completion so we can verify with the advertiser.
Additionally, please check that you indeed completed the offer through our offer wall and not through another offer provider.
In each such rejected ticket, I confirmed that I don't have the app in the other provider's task list (so indeed, the app was installed through Irounsource's offer wall). In each such rejected ticket, the screenshot and date/time of completion was also sent to them in the original ticket. Does anyone else have a similar issue?
The language of the rejection message ("cannot confirm the completion with the advertiser") makes me think it is either negligence or outright fraud by the developers of the app being advertised. In fact, one of such apps had all its reviews on Google Play saying exactly the same thing - that the app was installed based on some in-game advertisement and the advertiser did not confirm the completion of the order.
So I think I'll continue that trend and will start giving 1-star reviews to such apps. After all, that would be honest: I indeed hate an app that cheated me out of some gems. I hope that if enough people do that, such app developer's will see that they're getting negative publicity from cheating on such advertisements.
I suggest everyone else who wasted his/her time on such apps do the same.
