No heroic brand new dragon

I reach the 15 level in heroic reace but I didn't get the new heroic brand new dragon yet .i got the second place .i am wast of my money and energy.if 2 players reach your target what you going to do . You have to give them both 1st place stop 2nd place 3rd place .15 lab reach 2players mean

But your rules if we reach 15 lab or first place you can get heroic dragon so both reach 15 lap so why didn't get the heroic dragon yet.i am so fedep

Yeah, if you haven't checked your storge and received your heroic, I recommend sending a ticket to support or just waiting an hour or two.

@CSKD First things, first. PLEASE when posting, review the topics and post to an appropriate thread. I have moved your post because this has nothing to do with Monster Legends, Which is where you posted.

Now on to your problem. Did you follow the link to “claim” your dragon? On the right side of your screen are icons for the current sale, breeding event, Halloween event, and the Heroic Race. When you click on the “Heroic Race” it should tell you the race is over. Click a second time to claim your prize. They should go into your storage. If they are not in storage, log out and log back into game and check again. If they are still not there, submit a bug report via your in game link. Instructions are in my signature line.

Also if you read the info from the producer it states it may take a little while to get your reward as they verify qualifications. A little patience goes a longggggggg way.
