On the PC version it is no where to be found. On the mobile version, every time I buy it and place it, the game says something went wrong and it has to be reloaded. When I reload the game, it sets me back.

@CountryBuddha You should get an automatic response quickly. But it is weekend and I am sure you won`t get an answer from a real person before Monday.
