Hello everyone and welcome to my 195th analysis, this time featuring Cloud.
Overview: Cloud is a very well rounded support, possessing means to rid his team of debuffs, along with a very powerful turn transfer move and some Stuns. Hardened is a trait that you can almost never go wrong with, especially on a slower monster like Cloud. He also has decent damage for a support, having access to moves with good Base Powers. However, Cloud could do much, much better with some buff removal to go with his buffing.

Mutant Rune options: Team Speed&Team Life, Speed&Life
Relics: Shields and Essences
Charge With Me can change games, as it gives the target Precision and Double Damage, alongside transfering the turn to it - being a turn transfer makes it very flexible, but it can also be simply used to allow an attacker to wipe out the enemy team or to kill a single important target if the former is not possible. Trained Beast is primarily used for the debuff removal, but the Shield is appreciated nonetheless. Battle Tiger has a great Base Power of 70 and it Stuns the target. The last moveset depends on personal preference; Greyclaws Swing can be used if you think the coin flip is worth the risk, Pack Protector can be used if the Taunt can put in work, or Hotheaded can be used to have another team debuff removal.
3 Team Speed is the best pick on Cloud since he is a support, but 3 Speed can be used on him if he can outspeed the entire enemy team with it, as you can use Charge With Me to wipe out the enemy team this way.
Teammate Options: Skill Mirror will allow Cloud to use Charge With Me on both himself and an ally, resulting in a massive damage increase. For more Teammate options, check out this article.
