I have this annoying problem since three weeks approximately, which is that Monsterwood doesn't works for me, It always appears the icon upon the building but when I enter It says that there are no vídeos availables
Sometimes it allows me to watch some vídeos but there is no gems at the end
And today with the new decoration of vlad, I don't wanna lose this opportunity
Please, what can I do? I erased the cache already but still the same

Have you tried restarting your device? Uninstalling and reinstalling? If those did not work, submit a ticket to support.

If device restart or reinstall doesn't help, I would do a support ticket.

If you use Android, go to google settings, adds, reset advertising ID. It works well after that. You'll have to repeat the steps when it happens again.
This solution was offered by a well known player from a facebook group.

As others have posted, restart your device. Up to the last maze event, restarting my Kindle worked 75% of the time. (During that event, I'm assuming that the Monsterwood was so busy that I was just having bad luck, no matter what.) Just now, I restarted it, played the videos and I got my two gems. Also, remember that only so many people can watch a video at one time, so sometimes it's a matter of getting lucky, just keep on checking back. Clear your cache can help too.

Also of note, I know people have complained about not getting credit. Before you start a video, see how many gems you have and make a mental note. I've noticed that when a video "craps out" on me at the ending and Monsterwood closes out, sometimes a minute or two later, I'll get a gem added.
