Hello everyone and welcome to my 198th analysis, this time featuring Metalisha.
Overview: Metalisha has an impressive support movepool that attackers greatly appreciate, alongside the ability to remove control effects, which pairs well with her Hardened trait. A Speed stat of 3542 is also great to have, tying her with some big names like Mirak and Silverleaf. However, Metalisha is extremely weak at dealing damage to enemies or pressuring them in any other way.
Build:
Moves:
-Puppet Master
-Moth Into Flame
-Enter Damageman/One More Song/Stage On Fire/Find And Destroy
-Enter Damageman/One More Song/Stage On Fire/Find And Destroy
Runes: 3 Speed
Mutant Rune options: Speed&Life
Relics: Amulets
Build Explanation:
Puppet Master is a powerful damage boost that rids your allies of control effects. Moth Into Flame may Ignite the target, but it gives them 50% Stamina and an extra turn, which more than makes up for it. The last two moves are up to personal preference: Enter Damageman is a single target version of Puppet Master that gives Triple Damage instead, which can allow an ally to one shot the enemy team, revival skills like One More Song are always useful to have, Stage On Fire allows Metalisha to damage the enemy with Burn, and lastly, Find And Destroy can be useful in a team with a Dodge Area monster to render it unreachable.
3 Speed with Life Mutations greatly increases the power of Moth Into Flame as it can then transfer the turn to the target before any other monster moves.
Teammate Options: With Skill Mirror, you can reflect Moth Into Flame back to Metalisha, allowing her to lose no momentum, and more importantly to make sure your ally moves right after you, allowing Puppet Master and Enter Damageman to be much more powerful. Using a Torture Immunity SC like Olnir and Warmaster Babari helps, as it allows Metalisha to not suffer from being unable to clear Tortures from her team. Countering Metalisha: Focus on killing her teammates, as Metalisha has almost no hope of winning when left alone. Resurrection Block monsters like Zeighar and Soul Hugger can prevent the only way of winning for Metalisha when left in that state. For more Counter options, check out this article.
