I normally don’t post on here but am more an active reader. However, I’m saddened to announce that this time I couldn’t quite keep quiet, and looks like I’ll be quitting the game.
Background info on me: my username is ***, been playing this game for 4 years now and most importantly, am a free to play player in a top team.
A teammate of mine lost a consequential amount of elementium by accidentally hitting improve on a monster. I previously had the same accident, costing myself 120 elementium. The key difference is, after a fight, she was able to get herself reimbursed. I’m still receiving a flat no despite the error being under exactly the same circumstances. The only difference between us is that I’m free to play.
A second incident has now arrived:
After mistakenly deleting a rune 8,9 and 7(or rather deleting a treezard with them equipped), I asked for help to recuperate these runes. As a 4 year long player of this game, you would think that SP could help out a bit more, yet after a week and a half long delay, but once again I received a stonewall no.
I realise that my case is not going to go anywhere, but felt this issue had to be made aware to the rest of the community.
