I am sorry you are having this issue. Since you have already deleted and reinstalled your game, when you reconnect it to your Facebook, it should tell you that you already have a saved game at level #. It should then ask you which game you want to keep. You must exercise care here to select your more advanced game because once associated to your Facebook account, it cannot be changed.

If you have followed this and did not get the option, you can submit a bug report through your in game link. Instructions can be found in my signature line.

I am very disappointed that even with the User Id that yhere is not a means to relink my game to SP servers where my account data is actually stored.

My player account is gone or missing due to your issues on 11/15/2017 and I followed the directions on this site for how to resolve ML stops/reload issue and this caused my account to go missing and now I cannot get my account back where alot of money spent on Gems/VIP/Monsters.

I have uninstalled the game and will never play again and both my sons (who I give money to increase their monsters legends strength) have joined me.

I am a SW Engineer and have been written code for World Class organizations for 35 years and i know anything can be done but SP is choosing not to.

MP was my favorite game and it kills me that 11/15 issues have caused me to never play again.

@Rolow You do know that these boards are pretty much player maintained, right?

The game data is saved to Facebook Servers, not SP. If you are having game issues and you re-link your game to Facebook and YOU choose the wrong game, it will overwrite your game data. Once it is overwritten there is no way to pull up the old data.

Your game will also be reset if you have been found to be using any type of hacks, cheats, or exploits. If that is the case, your game will not be restored and continued use of such can result in permanent ban.

As I said in my first response to you, If you know for sure that you did not do these things, you should contact Support directly by sending them a detailed bug report through your in game link. Support personnel does not review these forums.
