All rules could be changed at any time, and though you may not have agreed to the updated rules when signing up to the forums, you are agreeing to added rules and their extensions. We ask all users to carefully read these guidelines, and stick to them.

We encourage friendly healthy discussion and an atmosphere where players can share their experience, strategies and have meaningful conversations. That means, Social Point staff and Board Moderators are here to make sure that forums are appropriate to players for any age, and final decisions are determined by Social Point and/or Moderators of the Forum.

Please be aware: Players are responsible for their actions and ignorance of the rules is no excuse. If a user repeatedly breaks the Forum rules, their account may end up temporary or permanently banned with or without warning.

Please read the rules below before you begin posting:

  1. Be polite and friendly to others, do not attack or insult and respect opinions of others. Any harassment, name shaming, personal attacks and inflammatory posts will not be tolerated, including any abuse or attacks towards the Social Point staff or Board Moderators.

  2. We will not tolerate adult, vulgar, obscene, discriminatory or offensive language of any sort, this includes simulated, insinuated and abbreviated swearing.

  3. Don't spam. Multiple posts or threads with the same content are considered spam as well that includes "bumping" a thread to appear above. Comments shouldn't be meaningless and should add some value to the conversation.

  4. Don't post external Non-Social Point content/links (images, songs, etc.). Unless there is a special topic for it.

  5. Keep your posts readable. Don't post in all capital letters, symbols and keep a title of a thread on topic.

  6. You are not allowed to publicly discuss, share private communication and disciplinary actions of Customer service, Social Point staff, Board Moderators and other forum users. Forums are here for community topics.

  7. Any illegal activities, promoting, sharing information about third party "hacks" or purchases is strictly prohibited. Any discussion about exploiting or abuse of Social Point services/games is not allowed.

  8. Discussing or spreading any personal information about other players, Social Point staff or Board Moderators is not allowed.

  9. Impersonating anyone from Social Point or Board moderators is a severe violation and will be appropriately dealt with. Don't try to represent or speak on behalf of Social Point and spread false information about Social Point games or employees.

  10. You are agreeing to follow Social Point staff and Board Moderators directions/actions taken and warnings given by these members. Any decisions made by them are final. You are not allowed to discuss those in the public.

Signatures and Avatars

Of course, you can freely express yourself through your avatar and signature, but please don't use gifs, pictures, or content that go against our forum rules.

As a general guideline, your signature should stay within the following measurements:
Width: 600px
Height: 220px (including texts, emoticons etc).
