@João-Victor221 You have not given enough information to even know if it is a bug. How do you play, PC/Facebook, IOS, ANDROID? Can you see your friends at all? Can you send gifts, visit their city, help each other? Is your game associated with Facebook? You need to provide more details in order to get help.

@João-Victor221 The challenge feature and the rankings will disappear when you have to many neighbors. If you have more than 450 unfriend until you get to that number or less.
