@Fox i have sent nearly 10 support tickets now with all relevant screenshots. Please let us know this is gonna be fixed.

I spent time and money working to stay in legendary 3 and have lost almost 150 trophies now due to shield not working properly

Same happened to me - but i lost over 500 Trophies - dropping from L3 down to Gold1 with about 3750 Trophies ...
