It says REFRESH NOW! I have exited the game and opened it up again and they do not refresh. Hmmm is this another bug?

Mine are fine with x rune still om offer for 1h 50 m

@Haka-Taka Yes, its wacky. I tried to clear my cache and maybe that worked. It says pretty much what you said.

Yeah i've had the same offer 3 times in a row, don't know if the rune event messed up the rotation or if they want to give players the time to jump on those X runes.
