I logged into this game after 2 years or more and i saw that i dont have the FREE thing and i dont have the dragons too, is this thing because my account is too old?

I am not sure what free thing you are referring to or which dragons that are missing but when they are doing a promo for free dragons for new users it is only for new users at that time, so unless there was a promo during the time you first started playing, you will not get that promo. Restarting a game at a later date does not count, it is only for first time, new users.
