I'm a new player. I connect via web using both Google Chrome Browser (Facebook) and Facebook Gameroom. I submitted it to support also. I was hoping for feedback here, if it is happening to others.

Bug #1
I was level 10. Entered Midarion's Tower for the first time. Sent 1 Water Dragon off on its 1st quest to unlock pieces of the tower. I got "We're experiencing problems with our servers, please check back later" and the game restarted. When it came back, I was level 9, dropped a level. After this, Midarion's Tower worked fine. Leveling worked fine, although the XP lost in the level drop was never recovered.

Bug#2
Currently the Ultra Breeding Tree is at 50% discount, costing 50 gems. Whenever I try to buy it, I get the error "We're experiencing problems with our servers, please check back later" and the game restarts. It takes 50 Gems. When the game restarts, the 50 Gems are returned, there is no Ultra Breeding Tree in storage, and the offer is still up. No matter how many times I try again (10+ times), I get the exact same result. I tried on Gameroom and Chrome browser, same result, every time. In everything else (except the one time above in Mindarian's Tower), everything is working fine. It just crashes every time I try and fail to buy that Ultra Breeding Tree.

Clear app cache fixed the purchase issue. Everyone seems to be getting sporadic "We're experiencing server..." followed by restart. I also got another one that reset another level, later on, but after that, the game continued to behave (until the next time?) In my first small paragraph, I said I contacted support, so that would be clear and known. Thanks.
