Hi, I've played Dragon City before around a year ago before I lost interest in it. I signed in with the same Facebook account 1 year ago, and now when I play it again, it deleted my old account, so I have start over from the beginning. pls help me restore my old account.

Ok so a year ago I logged in Dragon City with my Facebook account, and now I log back using the same Facebook account on another device and It doesn't save my progress.

When you log to your game on Pc what progress you see ??? old or new one ?

1-In case you see old progress on pc
then probably your game is not linked yet to this fb , so click on setting gear icon at up right corner and hit connect to fb and if game asked you what progress you want to keep you choose fb account -- it will be chosed by default --
2-in case you see new progress on pc
and you are sure it is the same account then sadly you overwrite it with new progress ,, not sure if support can help retrieving it but sending a ticket will not hurt

I had a really good account and I got a new iPad and I forgot to re download it. I just did with my new one and I don’t have the same account! Please help me get it back!!!

Was your account connected to facebook? If so, then just log into facebook via the game. If not, then go back to your old device and connect it to facebook, then go back to your new device and log in. If you do not have access to your old device then you might be out of luck as the game was only saved locally on the device.

What do I do if it won't let me buy new land, because it glitched, and now the game thinks I longed on to Facebook, but I don't have Facebook. Can I just delete the app, and then redownload it?

If it is not connected to Facebook you can not transfer the game from on device to another. But the progress of your game should be saved on your device. So reinstalling should be doable.

@dylan-howard Load the game on the old device and connect it to Facebook, Google or Apple store. Then you can download on the new device and connect there to get the game with the old progress.

I have a situation, my old account was in the game but the fb email that connected to it is already delete. How am I going to retrieve it, is there any way to connect it to another email?

No, once it is connected to a facebook account it is connected forever. If you also connected it to a google or ios account then you can use that to retrieve it but those are your only options.

I deleted the game. And then i downloaded it. My account is still on device. But i change to another account. When i log in back to the first account but it don't work. My account is gone i dont know why???

@huy-nam-nguyễn Then you should be able to restore it with the change player option in settings. Open your Facebook in the background before you use change player.

@bettina-löffler thank you for you help. But i know how to change player but my progress of my Facebook is gone. It changes from lv150 to lv1 in the same Facebook.

Sounds to me like you linked the new account to your facebook instead of your old, level 50 game account. In that case you have lost it and there is no way to get it back. If however you linked the level 50 account to a different facebook account then you need to use that facebook in the change player option. In essence you need to find out and remember which facebook account you linked that account to, if the level 1 account linked to the facebook account that you are logging in with then you never linked the level 50 account to it because you can only link a game to a facebook account once, once it is linked to the game it is linked forever.

@huy-nam-nguyễn If you played more than the tutorial in the level one account you will have overwritten the progress of the other one.

If it was not connected to Android or Facebook you may have lost it.
