I logged in to Dragon City mobile with facebook still they didn't give me 10 gems and elements dragon

This is a promotion for first time users during a certain period and only for the first time logging into facebook. If you joined DC outside of that window then you would not be eligible for this promotion. I suggest you sending in a support ticket to CS to determine if you are eligible or not for the promo.
