Getting items in bunches, I finished the event in a day or so, but there was no "claim" button, and now everything is back to zero, I can't get any items, and there is no Mystery in my storage!
What is this?

Unbelievable. I'm speechless.
In case it wasn't obvious, the Mystery in the habitat has been there since the Zodiac Maze and has nothing to do with the current challenge.

I have cross checked your account once again from our end to make sure that the information which I provided to you is accurate.
Upon checking the logs, you have acquired only one Mystery Monster till date and that is on May 16, 2017, from the challenge event. There is no discrepancy of any monsters in your account.
Hope this information was helpful to clear any confusion in this case.

That is simply untrue!
How can that be right if this Mystery has been sitting in the habitat for at least 2 months?
Don't you have a log of when I hatched it?
I was not able to claim a Mystery from the current challenge, let alone hatching one and putting it on my (currently full) legendary habitats containing water legendaries.
I repeat, I expect justice to be done and that is to give me a Mystery egg.
Had I known this bug to happen, I'd have bought it for 1 gem instead of getting the last gold item.

Yikes! It seems they seem bent on denying the issue unless some kind of absolute proof is presented, it's best to contact @Fox about this.

I can perhaps understand why one shouldn't state the name of the SP costumer support representative, but the policy of not publishing the conversation doesn't make much sense to me.
I think it's fair to quote their replies even if they're not satisfactory, as said maybe without names.
