I want to report a hacker in the recent arena battle. In 15 minutes his score jumped over 600 points! I took screenshots because I think that person should be disqualified and banned from the site for breaking the rules...I just don’t know how to post them here.

Reporting a hacker/cheater from recent arena battle
Post count: 10931Reputation: 6636Joined:Location: New Jersey, USAThat is actually quite possible and does not mean that the person is a hacker or cheater. You can try sending in the pics to support but again I repeat this does not prove the player is a cheater.
FYI please post in the correct areas, this should have gone in the General Discussion area, which is where I am moving it to.

Reporting a hacker/cheater from recent arena battle
Post count: 2226Reputation: 1399Joined:Location: Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania@Erin-GoBragh For your own safety, please do not post hacker information here. First off, it is against the FORUM RULES AND GUIDELINES to post identifiable information.
In the event they actually are a hacker, and you post it publicly they may try to get revenge for posting their info.
That info should be sent to support through your ingame link. But as Nyn stated, that does not necessarily prove they are a hacker.

Reporting a hacker/cheater from recent arena battle
Post count: 344Reputation: 123Joined:On a related note, can anyone explain how there are guys at the top of the ranking with ~26000 trophies less than 10 hours after the start of the new season (at which they should've been reset to 2800)? This means they gained about 23200 trophies, or at 15-20 trophies per battle, made roughly 1350 battles. Given that the a new battle token is given every 30 minutes, they could only have got 26 tokens for free (6 initial + 2*10). Which means they bought the remaining tokens for gems, and it would've cost them (at 4 gems per battle) a measly sum of 5300 tokens.
Okay, for the sake of the discussion let's even assume they honestly bought $300 worth of gems just for the purpose of this. But this also means they spent less than 30 seconds per battle. I think it takes more than that just because of the animations.
At best, it is a bot that fights every 30 seconds straight for 10 hours with an (almost) infinite supply of gems to reload battle tokens and heal the knocked out dragons. I think Social Point needs to be more proactive about weeding out the hackers - rather than rely on players to report them. Any player that climbs so high up the ladder so quickly should be subject to scrutiny. Can @Pounawea offer any other explanation of why SP does not review these accounts, other than "Social Point does not care about hackers"?

Right, because while publicly seen in-game, the global rankings are so secret here.

I appreciate your questions. I too would like answers since I battled my *** and spent HUNDREDS (I’m ashamed to admit) of dollars on gems just to stay competitive.
I too think it was a cheat bot because
A) the dragons were only level 30, and had no real power and it was a cake walk beating them, so I don’t see how this person/bot could have been so successful with such weak dragons.
each time the score jumped, it jumped by 150-300 points ending in 25 or 75.
C) the score stayed exactly the same until I got just past it then BAM! Up it jumped!
D) I know that even at a max of 25 possible points per game it would take 6 wins to get 150 points and that is work. Like I said, his score stayed exactly the same until it jumped up suddenly and that’s suspicious! So, instead of feeble excuses like “ oh they used gems” remember I was using gems too, and going FAST. ANYONE who was checking the high scores surely saw me up there the entire time, so I obviously know how to battle and I can also spot a cheat bot when I see one so please instead of casting aspersions on real players who spent hundreds of dollars supporting YOUR GAME why not weed out the REAL trouble makers?
Edit: language per forum rules.

Right, because publicly seen in-game, the global rankings are so secret.
Regardless the rules are clearly stated, which you agreed to when signing up. Those rules are set up to protect everyone.

Post count: 10931Reputation: 6636Joined:Location: New Jersey, USA@Erin-GoBragh please edit your tone in the future, as it is a forum violation and can get you banned. With that said, you were advised that you could report it to sp and it is up to them what action they would take on it. I won't bother going into possible scenarios because it is obvious your opinion is set. Good luck with your case with sp.

Post count: 8Reputation: 1Joined:What a load of horse apples. I see more concern on this forum for nit picky stuff than for the very real problem of cheat bots ruining the game. Believe me, you guys are focusing on the wrong issues and I’m very close to deleting the app since I don’t sense any real concern about the integrity of the game...
I’m sure I can find better uses for my money. -

From what was explained in one of the Facebook groups users trophies will remain what they were at the end of the season until they log in and they are reset down to the same start level as everyone else. I do not have any proof if this is accurate or not, this is just what is on the groups.

I have every right to expect someone address my concerns as I pay good money to play YOUR GAME.
I also have a right to be angry because I played fair and square and all I see on here is the big shrug.
what good is a forum headed “feedback Q&A” when you censor the most mundane of things? -

what good is a forum headed “feedback Q&A” when you censor the most mundane of things? The forums are provided as a service to give the player base a place to come together and have discussions about the games. For the most part, they are player maintained. When questions arise, we can only advise people to do things based on our own experiences.
While you have a right to expect some form of customer service, you are barking up the wrong tree and have been told as much. Support does NOT monitor thes boards, and that is who you need to contact.
And while you have a right to expect someone to address your concerns. The people trying to address your concerns have a right to be treated civilly.
