In my morning pvp run, I used my usual attack team (Samael, Shallinar, Timerion - a well balanced and competent team until Faraday arrives and wrecks all three with his interposed extra turns).
On opening (so, no status effects yet in play) I used Samael Warrior to give Shallinar the next, buffed, turn - and missed.
Now, the skill description gives an accuracy rating for that skill: Plague Carrier is 97% and the other two are 90% iirc. But to my knowledge none of the variants have ever missed before. In fact, I am on record as saying those accuracy %s should be implemented, to reduce the otherwise ridiculously OP nature of the mechanic.
However I have not seen a change announced anywhere?
Has Samael been rebalanced by implementing the correct accuracy? If so, great, but it would be nice to know. It is difficult for me to test because 97% accuracy makes a miss hard to replicate without a lot of dungeon battles and I do not have the 90% accuracy variants.
Can anyone confirm? @fox @carlos ?
It may just be that my battle was glitched. A healing relic also triggered following an ohk on enemy Ruby, and at one point the turn order window displayed weirdly with cascading tiles rather than in a straight line - so idk...
