I am not sure whether it is FB bug or affects all platforms, so creating a separate thread for now.
I've bought out a piggy bank (on FB) that was showing "FULL" and "120 gems" this morning. This brought my gems from 230 to 350. However, when I exited the game and then logged in again, I only had 320 gems. I guess it is the Burglar dragon who stole it, right?
I have reported this to SP support and I am awaiting their response. But if you decide to buy the piggy bank, pay close attention to the gems you had before and have after the purchase.
Besides, I'd appreciate if anyone ( @Pounawea ?) can tell me how to watch the issue status for the issues reported to SocialPoint via Facebook. The auto-response email I received has a link "view this issue on helpshift", but it requires an account that I don't have (and an attempt to use "forgot password" link says that an account with my email does not exist - so it is not automatically created when an issue is reported).
