Hello, I would like to report a problem that is occurring in my Dragon City game. Yesterday around noon I went to enter the game through your app in the IOS system, however the game did not load, I was connected to the internet but it did not enter at all, it said that SOMETHING IS NOT WORKING WELL, so I hung up and I turned on my phone and this problem continued persisting, I deleted the game and I reinstalled and continued with this problem, I tried to enter the game by the computer and I could not because it only kept loading and did not enter. Because of this problem I am losing the chances of winning the heroic race and I would like you to solve this problem as soon as possible.

Send in a ticket from your game on pc. Scroll down when it tries to load. There you find help and support. Click there to contact the support team.

hey I don't know if this will help at all but I had a similar problem where dragon city would take ages to completely load but I ended up cleaning my device with es file explorer (the app) to get rid of some useless files... now my dragon city loads in 10 sec which is so much faster than the 5 min it used to take... and that was just to get in the game, when i tried to enter the challenges it said make sure to have enough space in mobile device... idk if this will help or if it is even the same problem but I am just trying to help out and hopefully you can get the heroic dragon... I am first in my race
oh and if your going to try out es file explorer you have to (analyze) the device when your in the app and then get rid of all files under (Newly created files) or something like that this will get rid of some of your pictures btw...
