Hello,

i have ranked up a Monster to 5*, now the rankup time is finished and it is ready to take it out of the lab.

But that does not work. It Shows it will be now 6* and shortly later the game crashes with something went wrong the game is reloaded.

That happens all the time ... how shall i get the Monster out of lab to use it? Screenshots are available, but i dont know how to upload
them

There are even more bugs in the game since last update. Game crashes are so regular barely get anything done. Something is very unstable.

Well, support ticket written now nearly 4 days ago ... my 5* Leg is still arrested in the rankup lab and could not be taken out. Therefore the free Slot for ranking up Monsters is occupied and a free rankup could not be done.

When will the corrupt data be fixed, that i can continue playing like intended?

So you wrote it on Friday, support wont be working in the weekend so now its Monday hope you get some answers soon, let us know

@Marianne-van-Es last time I got an answer from them on Sunday, so somebody's there on weekends too.

@keki14 yes there probably is one or two around but most will have to wait after weekend

I got a message from Support, that the development Team is working on that issue and my Patience is highly requested ... lets see how long it will take

We know about this bug and team is looking into it.

@Fox: It's good to know theteam is aware of the bug and Looks into it. But this bug isn't in the list of fixed bugs for 26.01. - so whats the actual status on it? Does that mean I have at least to wait until monday to get my Monster freed from lab to have a Chance to use it? And i have to wait at least to monday that i can start rankup any other Monster?

That will be then at least 10 days of a massive disadvantage for me in comparison to all the others where that bug doesnot occure!

@Andranianus Devs found where is the issue and now we are trying to fix it. I can't currently tell you if the fix will require new version but most probably not. I am super sorry you need to wait but please give us more time and I will get back to you.

Perfect!!! Race has started, Bug is still existing. Means i simply can not participate in any Task that Needs any Monster to be ranked up!

@Fox: Whats the Status on that? Nearly every node Needs a rankup to be done where i couldnot perform, because its blocked.

Most of the buffed time for zimnyaya i cannot use him, since he is arrested in the rankup Slot ... this gets now more than just annoying!

@Andranianus you don't expect SP to rush something that doesn't generate cash do you? Gosh a week and nothing?
